“When I decided to totally gut and renovate my kitchen I interviewed numerous companies and received bids on the project. I decided to go with Modern Style Contractors (MSC) because I was impressed with the professionalism displayed by Sergei, the CEO. When I asked whether they were insured, licensed, and bonded, he was the only one who actually showed me the paperwork proving it. In addition, he pulled out a portfolio to show me examples of other kitchen jobs they had done so that I would have an idea as to the quality of their services. After hearing glowing reviews from their references, I entrusted them with the job. I was not disappointed. The quality was superb. Modern Style Contractors’s biggest strengths are: quality workmanship, timeliness, communication skills, flexibility, integrity/honesty, and the fact that they are a nice group of people. They patiently helped us with the design layout, going through over 17 renditions until we found the perfect balance. The quality became evident especially once the floor tiles were laid. Not only were the grout lines close to perfect, but the floor was level and the tiles were even. The cabinets were level and easily passed muster from the granite people who remarked on the excellent installation workmanship. Extensive drywall work, plumbing, and electrical work was performed with great results. If you are looking for the cheapest option, this is not the company for you. If you want a quality job done in a timely manner with pride taken in delivering you your dream kitchen, then these guys are perfect. I give them my absolute highest recommendation.”

“Modern Style Contractors did a FAB-U-LOUS job on my bathroom renovation. While it was just a vanity replacement; they had to remove the old one, remove the medicine cabinet and mirror, replace the medicine cabinet and mirror at a higher location, drywall and paint the walls. Additionally, they covered the floors with protective/padded sheets and also took good care of the rest of the bathroom with a protective covering.

I found them after an internet search and contacted them with my request and a representative was sent out within days to take measurements. Throughout the project, all of my concerns were addressed almost instantaneously – high five for customer service! Modern Style was on time, courteous and quick. I would highly recommend them for small and large jobs alike. Next year – I plan on asking them back for a kitchen change up.
