R E M O D E L
A woman named Ms. Arrington called us in to remodel her outdated Master Bathroom. The bath had no functional or internal issues, but simply needed a new, modern lift. Ms. Arrington has a very busy work life and wanted the project done quickly, efficiently, and to her high level of expectation. After a long and hectic day at work she was looking forward to coming home each night to a beautiful, refreshed, up to date bathroom. This is exactly the product we achieved for her.
Challenge
When we first spoke with Ms. Arrington, she had a vague notion on wanting to have her Master Bath updated but was uncertain about any of the design elements. She needed expert guidance on the best colors to use, stone accents, flooring, and fixtures. Ms. Arrington wanted the same layout as she currently had in her bathroom, but wanted us to give it a less stuffy and more up to date feel. The challenge was first to provide suggestions to the client so that she could make up her mind regarding the aesthetic changes. The next challenge was to work within her busy schedule to complete the project with exactly the desired changes.
Solution
From the very first meeting, our consultant understood the type of changes in the Master Bathroom Ms. Arrington was looking for. Our team came up with plans and suggestions that seemed to fit in with her ideas perfectly. One alteration, which required knocking down a wall, made the biggest difference of all. During the remodel, knowing her busy schedule, we communicated to the client via text messages. This was the most convenient way for her to share her ideas and for us to guide her on making her selections while shopping for materials.
Conclusion
Ms. Arrington was happy with our suggestions and with how quickly our consultant understood her style and taste. She was also pleased with how well we worked within the limitations of her busy schedule. The team was able to stay in touch with the client during the entire remodeling process, without getting in the way of her work or leaving her out of any major updates or decisions.
The room is now large and light and thoroughly updated. We were able to create for her a bathroom that she loves and is true to her vision.
