Mr. and Mrs. Morrison contacted us for help with renovations on their newly purchased condo. Master bedroom, hall bathroom, kitchen, lighting, and doors all needed to be fully updated. With their new baby on the way, the Morrisons were ready for us to give their home a fresh, new look. Our job was to change the current state of their condo by turning it into a more functional, aesthetic, and modern home.

Challenge

This renovation project came with its own, unique challenges.

  1. The types and placements of the lighting in the condo were of great importance to the client. The Morrisons wanted recessed lights throughout their home, accent lights in the shower niche’, floating foyer lighting, and changes in the kitchen lighting; including the installation of under­cabinet lights.
  2. The clients had a distinct vision and many ” inspiration pictures” of what they wanted each part of the renovation to look like. The challenge here was in executing that vision to make it work in their own spaces.

Solution

The basis for all smooth and successful renovations starts with customer service and communication. From the beginning of the project we were in constant communication with the clients via phone and email, ready to answer questions and respond quickly to any changes that needed to be made.

We made sure updates and designs were made in a way that clearly specified all layouts, locations, and materials that would be used. A consultant met with the customer at arranged times to make sure we were all on the same page.

Conclusion

Understanding exactly what they were looking for and staying in constant touch with the clients were the keys to the success of this project. From our initial consultation all the way through to the final result, we kept the client informed. We wanted to make sure we brought their very specific vision to life within the structure of their new home. The clients were completely happy and are now living in their newly renovated condo with their new baby.
