The Steps in Modern Style Contractors’s Design build Process
Step 1. Initial Consultation
During our initial complimentary consultation we’ll discuss your ideas, budget, and timeline for your project. We’ll listen closely so we clearly understand what you want to accomplish, take measurements and pictures to accurately provide you with a detailed scope of work and proposal.
The Modern Style team will help you through the process to make sure all the details are covered. We will then schedule a time to meet again to address all the aspects and details of your specific remodeling project.
Step 2. Detailed Estimate
The Modern Style team doesn’t play games. Our pricing is honest and detailed. We provide you with an exact price for materials and labor. We then outline allowances for each finish material. This way, you know what the costs will be.
Step 3. 3D Renderings
Our 3D Designer will prepare professional 3D designs of the space to help visualize the future outcome and make best remodeling decisions BEFORE actual work is started.
Step 4. Selecting Your Materials
Reviewing the detailed estimate allows our customers to clarify specific items involved in the project. During this step our experienced Design build Consultant will assist you in selecting materials that meet your aesthetic needs for both function and fashion.
Step 5. Pre-Construction Meeting
It is important to us that you be as comfortable and knowledgeable as possible before starting your project. Prior to starting your project, we will schedule a pre-construction meeting with your Project Manager to go over how to prepare and what you should expect when the project starts.
Step 6. Construction
During this phase all demolition, new installation, and construction work will be completed. Our knowledgeable construction team is responsible for meeting the building schedule, ensuring quality and cost control, coordinating all site work, cleaning up the worksite, answering your questions, and addressing any new ideas you may have.
Step 7. Completed Project
We will walk-through the completed project with you to make sure that every detail has been addressed and is to your satisfaction.
